Matt is no stranger to pushing boundaries and delivering remarkable outcomes. As a serial entrepreneur, he has earned widespread industry recognition, winning multiple awards during his time at the helm of the advertising agency he founded, S3. His achievements include being named Creative Industry Entrepreneur of the Year, while S3 was recognised as the Fastest Growing Company in Wales within the Creative Industry Awards.
Matt’s leadership and innovation have been further recognised with Fellowships from the CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing and The RSA (The royal society for arts, manufactures and commerce). He’s also recently been named a Companion of the Chartered Management Institute.
On BBC’s Dragons’ Den, Matt successfully pitched his previous business, MESOA Skincare, receiving an offer from Touker Suleyman. The pitch sparked a wave of new customers and stockist requests, further growing the brand’s authority.
Now leading Rebel Lion Advertising, Matt’s current venture was recently awarded Marketing and PR Start-Up of the Year at the 2023 StartUp Awards.
